PAYBACK is an award-winning customer loyalty program which began in German  twenty-five years ago, and now operates in multiple countries worldwide.

The business is part of the American Express Group and it also operates as a multi-channel marketing platform and TECH company.

When it comes to coalition loyalty, the PAYBACK programme is undoubtedly one of the best in the world.
